PRIMARY FUNCTION

Achieves Target Sourcing Services(TSS) and Target financial plans by partnering with product managers and vendors through product development, sourcing, placement, shipment and post-shipment cycle for assigned product categories and geographic markets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

College graduate with minimum 5 years of sourcing and/or merchandising

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Knowledge of U.S. retail industry and management style

Strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills

Client-focused and service-driven

Team player

Assertiveness and initiative

Computer skills

Leadership skills

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

Technical knowledge and expertise of specific product categories sourced and managed by the local office

Work experience with U.S. businesses and good understanding of U.S. management concepts
