培训经理

工作职责：
1、根据公司发展规划和人力资源规划，协助制定、实施公司培训管理制度；
2、收集行业相关信息，掌握各种有效资源，协助开发外部有效培训渠道，建立公司培训平台，如课程、讲师、硬件、评估等；
3、 建立内部讲师队伍，充分利用内部人才资源，开发内部培训教材和工具，保证知识共享；
4、 梳理、建设基于各产业的培训需求的课程体系，完善集团的课程体系；
5、根据集团年度培训计划需求，确定集团全年开发课程内容，完成计划内的培训课程，建立集团培训的课程库和案例库；
6、根据集团年度培训计划的具体要求和安排，组织实施员工培训，讲授相关的课程，并对培训授课结果，进行评估和反馈，并及时总结汇报；
7、参与组织实施新员工岗前培训，对培训结果进行跟踪考核和培训评估，并及时总结汇报；
8、配合完成培训组内的其他工作

职位要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，企业管理、人力资源、心理学或英语专业毕业
2、3-5年相关领域工作经验，拥有培训师资格者优先考虑
3、能熟练操作各种办公软件，精通PPT课件制作，了解网页制作
4、英文熟练，大学英语四级或以上英文水平
