职责描述：
1.制定负责区域拜访计划和目标，完成学术推广工作；
2.开发进药和维护临床客户，正确传递产品使用信息；
3.需经常组织、策划产品幻灯在科室或医院的演讲；
4.收集和反馈的市场情况和竞争产品信息；
5.主动探寻客户需求，提供合理解决方案。
Job description
1.Set down academic visit and target of responsible area ，and accomplish the work of academic promotion.
2.Exploit new market and maintain client，impress the client with correct products information.
3.Organize and plan products’ slides presentation in the departments and hospital.
4.Collect market information, then feedback on time.
5 Seek customer needs actively, and provide reasonable solutions for customers.

职位要求
1.28岁以下，医、药相关专业大专以上学历。
2.有一年以上药品学术推广工作经验。
3.具备创新、团队合作精神，善于自我激励和承受压力。
4.善于沟通协调，学习能力强，能开发新客户。
5.为人诚恳正直，有良好的职业道德。
Requirement：
1. This job offer to the man ，28 years old ，who is college degree or above, medicine or medical related major.
2. At least 1 year medical product academic promotion experience.
3. The man has the sprit of innovative and good team work , who need to be self-motivation and high-pressure.
4. The man has not only good at communication and coordination, but also strong ability of learning, so that he could develop new customers.
