职位描述
国际物流专员
职责：
- 负责监督库存包括缺货管理和供应商供货时间表
- 协调新兴市场物流团队的货运要求和代理进出口装运
- 接受集团子公司的销售订单
- 执行收货并将销售记录录入电脑系统
- 跟进客户/供应商货运不符的情况，在需要的情况下帮助他们进行货运索赔
- 处理物流发票和收益，维护数据库和信息系统
- 准备信用证等相关文件
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 1-3年国际贸易/物流/船务经验优先
- 熟练使用办公室软件，如office，Excel，Powerpoint
- 英语读写能力良好，有口语优异者优先考虑
- 能够独立开展工作
- 能够灵活应对发生的问题，并予以解决
- 具有与内部和外部人员优秀的沟通能力
能力优异者可提升为主管
International LogisticsSpecialist
Responsibilities:
Supervise inventory management which includes monitoring backorders,
monitoring delivery schedule from vendors
Coordinate shipping arrangements with Emerging Markets Logistics team and
forwarders for import/export shipment
Receive sales orders from companies' subsidiaries
Perform goods receiving and enter sales orders into computer system
Follow up with customers/vendors for shipment discrepancy and arrange
shipment claim whenever necessary
Process logistics invoices and accruals, maintain databases and information
systems
Prepare L/C banking documents
Requirements:
High diploma / university graduate
1-3 years foreign trade/ logistics / shipping experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good command of reading & written English
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Problem solver
Excellent communication skills with all levels of people internally & externally
