Job Description:
- To oversees research, development and production of cutting-edge educational and networking events for biotech and pharmaceutical community.
- To work closely with a team of, internal and external Marketing, Exhibits/Sponsorship, Logistics, Customer Service, Public Relations and Contracts experts.
- To create and implement successful meetings for assigned segments and audiences.
- To create the agenda, invite high level speakers, write program copy, work with team members such as Marketing on the design of the event brochures and marketing campaigns.
- To maintain the company's website, data integration, manage the project process.
- Use the data to identify trends of the market; develop proposed solutions and influence implementation.
- To put implement an effective strategy of the Exhibits and Sponsors.
- To manage all aspects of the events to insure that goals are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Has ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, work under constant pressure and meet deadlines.
- Has a strong research/analysis capability, include a knack for business trends and issues, and possess an entrepreneurial and creative drive.
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skill will be a advantage;
- Fluent in written & spoken English, CET-6 or above;
- Proficient in MS Office, Familiar with Photoshop,Dreamweave,Frontpage, Fireworks,HTML is a plus;
- Knowledge of website back-end operation desirable.
