Responsibilities:

？ Supervise inventory management which includes monitoring backorders, monitoring delivery schedule from vendors
？ Coordinate shipping arrangements with Emerging Markets Logistics team and forwarders for import/export shipment
？ Receive sales orders from companies’ subsidiaries
？ Perform goods receiving and enter sales orders into computer system
？ Follow up with customers/vendors for shipment discrepancy and arrange shipment claim whenever necessary
？ Process logistics invoices and accruals, maintain databases and information systems
？ Prepare L/C banking documents

Requirements:

？ High diploma / university graduate
？ 1-3 years foreign trade/ logistics / shipping experience preferred
？ Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
？ Good command of reading & written English
？ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
？ Problem solver
？ Excellent communication skills with all levels of people internally & externally
