Key Responsibility:

Check expense report/reimbursement
Verify payment & Issue Fapiao
Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
Maintaining intercompany accounts
Manage fixed assets, calculate depreciation
Cash forecasts reporting
Archive/retrieve accounting documents
Assisting team in annual audit processes and monthly financial reporting

Job Controls:

Financial: Specify and indicate in terms of budget, expenditure, CAPEX, operating costs, revenue generation, project costs, team salary costs etc.
Staff: Specify the number of teams / staff and type of staff reporting.
Other: Indicate any other item which helps clarify the size/complexity of the role. For example - number of sites managed, projects managed etc

Personal Specification:

Desired experience: over 5 year accounting related experience
Desired qualifications: Bachelor with major in Finance & Accounting
Essential skills: Good PC skill, especially in Excel
Behaviours: Strong sense on job responsibility, communication, team work, with ability to afford high work pressure
