Responsibility:
1. Web-ordering: Support web order extending for business, encourage and support business and customer to place more web orders, accordingly increase our web ordering rate.
2. Customer master management: Ensure customer master data maintenance timely and accurately. Create SOP of customer master data management and optimize the procedure constantly. Modify or improve customer master data according to business new request. Cooperate with credit control team to update customer credit limit in SAP.
3. Pricing management: Work closely with business, pricing manager and material master data maintenance specialist to make sure list price and discount price uploaded in SAP timely and accurately. Monitor and review discount price for web account to decrease web order touch rate caused by price discrepancy.
4. Reporting and SOP: Provide regular reporting (e.g. on-time delivery performance, web-ordering rate, customer service efficiency and other reports required by management) timely and accurately and support CSR SOP optimization.

Requirements/Qualification:

？ Bachelor degree or above，at least two year work experience required.
？ Web order and SAP experience preferred.
？ Works under limited supervision, with detailed instructions, and frequent checking on work
？ Must be PC literate with knowledge of PC office applications.
