职位描述

Stationed in contract manufacturer in Jiading, Shanghai, China and is primary responsible for the coordination of production and inventory allocation to support sales growth initiatives in China. The Supplier Coordinator will drive and improve Customer Service Support, including order processing, query handling, sales support and communication with our key internal & external customers.






Responsibilities





Develop close relationship with sales people. This will involve managing their expectations, keeping them updated on order status, suggest alternative products if product not available.


Update information on product availability and provide samples for demonstrations in a timely manner.


Manage the order processing system and ensure the order entry process are accurate and timely.


Closely monitor the quality issues and production schedule in the factory and proactively update sales team on any quality or production issues.


Work very closely with external suppliers and internal production team in Asia, USA and Ireland to ensure that clients lead-time can be met. If there is any difficulty with parts or production, customer service manager must liaise closely with client and production team to reach a good solution.


Work closely with the suppliers to expedite, review and alter production schedules according to sales forecasts or customer requirements.


Customer order entry and keeping track of open customer order and production schedules to ensure the production & shipments from suppliers are on the right track.


Handle customer enquiries, return goods and customer complaints in a reliable, flexible and timely manner.




Qualifications:


Degree holder in business administration / supply chain management.


At least 3 years experience in customer service, supply chain or production planning in sizable organization


Exposure in manufacturing environment and production operations are essential.


Good interpersonal & communication skills, independent, friendly and outgoing.


Strong problem-solving and meticulous, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.


Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded.


Fluent in English and Mandarin


Hands on experience of ERP (such as Oracle) system and CRM preferred.


Station in Shanghai is a MUST.
