Main accountabilities:

1.Responsible for overall KA & E-com business planning and implementation;
2.Lead the team to accomplish the annual sale target in KA/E-com channel;
3.Responsible for KA/E-com contract negotiation and trade terms setting;
4.KA sales data collection and analysis;
5.New customer and business development within responsible channel;
6.Marketing campaign planning and cost controlled within budget;
7.Proper guidance given to subordinator on daily operation and execution.


Skills and experience required:

1.Bachelor degree, preferred major in Marketing and e-commerce;
2.More than 8 year e-commerce working experience and 5 years taking the managerial role;
3.Familiar with e-commerce process and online marketing;
4.Knowledge of the process of KA billing collection;
5.Strong marketing insight and problem solving skills;
6.Proactive and decisive, willing to work independently and under high pressure;
7.Excellent presentation and analytical skill;
8.Team player, good communication skills;
9.Self-motivated, seeking opportunities to drive the business always;
10.Fluent English both in written & spoken;
