JOB SUMMARY
This position will report directly to the Senior VP Operations Mobility and will oversee and coordinate security efforts across all JGP sites.
1. Develop and implement a strong security system for all Mobility manufacturing sites to prevent the loss of assets both physical and intellectual of Mobility and its customers.
2. Pro-actively test, monitor and maintain the security systems established.
3. Set KPIs relating to security systems at all sites.
4. Lead investigations and coordinate security efforts across all Mobility plant sites.
5. Oversee a network of site security managers and vendors who safeguard the company employees and assets.
6. Build a robust security organization within the Mobility environment.

Responsibility:
1. Ensure that security systems implemented meets current and future needs of the business.
2. Support the hiring and training of site security personnel to ensure strong talent are in place.
3. Ensure security systems utilized are consistent across all Mobility sites.
4. Maintain communication with Jabil’s Global Security Senior Director on systems implemented and review for improvements.
5. Develop KPIs to be measured at all sites so security performances can be monitored easily.
6. Conduct periodic audits at sites to ensure highest levels of performance from a security standpoint.
7. Collaborate with site management on performance reviews of site security personnel.
8. Establish relationship with local police and law enforcement.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business management, security or related field.
2. 10 years of manufacturing experience and 5 years of management experience
3. Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the management team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
