部门关键职责：



1、调查研究行业技术发展趋势和新产品需求与发展动态，收集、分析、整理新产品技术开发信息。

2、协助制定企业科研和技术发展规划，提出新产品开发和产品改进项目建议。

3、对立项产品严格按计划进度执行。

4、新项目、新产品开发全线负责（包括开发设计、样品试制、试验规划等），直到稳定生产移交到生产系统为止。

5、老产品的优化与改良全线负责（包括开发设计、样品试制、试验规划等），直到该产品再进入稳定生产从而移交到生产系统为止。

6、原辅材料设计或规定。为元器件/原辅材料外购（定制）和关键过程外协制订技术要求（拟制技术协议），参与供应商和分承包方的选择和评定工作。

7、在生产部的协助下，组织新产品样品试制和小批生产验证。验证材料、过程、方法、工艺装备和环境条件，确认产品质量符合设计标准，产品生产成本、效率和产能达到设计开发要求。

8、协助生产车间解决产品实现过程中的技术难题，为生产车间提供技术指导。产品售前售后技术支持。



岗位任职资格及要求：

1、 电机、流体机械专业，大学本科以上，中级以上职称；

2、 五年以上风机等通用产品设计开发管理经验，熟悉新产品开发流程、有关设计标准、规范；

3、 熟悉风机行业国内外技术发展状况，了解风机行业最新技术；

4、 熟悉产品质量控制体系，熟练掌握价值工程等成本控制工具；

5、 五年以上研发团队管理经验，组织能力强，善于激励和管理团队；善于学习，善于总结和传播技术经验，具创新精神
