Report to : Finance Manager

Job Objectives :工作目标

1. Manage all the import and export business to comply with Customs and CIQ regulation and support the production activity.
2. Provide logistic optimization solution to management basing on new policy to reduce the logistics cost or improve the efficiency.

Primary Activities

1. E-book management & System/Software Maintenance
？ Make sure the e-book registration can meet the material import and FG export
？ Manage the e-book balance to control the variance
？ Make sure the e-book cancellation to comply with Customs requirement
？ Manage the customs function in IFS/ Customs software to standardize the stock calculation and analysis

2. Import & export
？Manage the daily import and export declaration to support the production or Customer requirement
？Manage the equipment registration and import declaration
？Manage the material/FG transfer in local
？Follow outsourcing business registration and management

3. Communication
？Communicate with Customs to keep good relationship
？Communicate with CIQ to keep good relationship
？Communicate with foreign trade & economic bureau
？Communicate with other Fishing plant to share the logistics operation or provide the support to other plant
？Communicate with vendor for the material/FG declaration issue
？Communicate with internal business department

4. New Policy research
？Learn Customs new policy and provide the solution
？Learn CIQ new policy
？Learn the foreign trade policy

5.Team management
？Develop team spirit
？Provide the professional training to the team
？Improve the team management and communication skill

6.Cost saving and efficiency improvement
？Continuously optimize the import and export flow
？Control the import and export cost

Job Requirements

Education :College above
Area of Study:Logistics
Years of Experience:Minimum 5 years in Customs and CIQ or logistics area
Type :Special Certifications or Technical Skills : Customs / CIQ / logistics certificate
Other:Good written English
