Responsibilities:

? Responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels to support customer service / business growth objectives
? Manage, deliver and sustain accurate demand forecasts as an input to the stock replenishment and planning process, in order to meet specified service level, stock turn and stock reserve targets
? Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process to ensure Arrears and On Time Delivery are realized and controlled
? Co-ordinate with different departments to handle enquires.
? Minimize the risks of inventory investment while providing the target service level.
? Manage the flow of information regarding availability of product and delivery information from Suppliers to other departments within the organization; ensure that the activities, deliverables and milestones are communicated efficiently & on timely basis. Manage the intercompany order in the Asia North region.
? Manage the inbound logistics process, in respect of minimizing freight and handling
? To provide accurate information and status reports for management review.
? Develop new processes which result in increasing work efficiencies or greater return on net assets for the organization.
? Manage the local supplier including process of purchase orders.


Requirements:

? At least 4 years working experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, Supplier Management and Data Analysis.
? Diploma or above in Business / Supply Chain is preferred. Study in Statistic or IT will also be considered depends on work experience.
? Working experience in FMCG or Electronic is preferable.
? Strong analytical ability, good communication skill and "hands on" approach on problem solving.
? Must be computer literate, good at microsoft excel and planning tool. Experience of JD Edwards, Manugistics and Access is an added advantage.
? Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
