职位描述
Location: Shanghai or Beijing or Guangzhou
Principal Accountabilities :
1. To achieve annual sales target and profitability goal;
2. To be responsible for developing short-term and long-term business strategy;
3. To set and execute ultimate sales goal for company, plan and build a sufficient/effective sales organization;
Nature & Scope:
1. To set up and manage the sales team with clear KPIs
2.To setup clear channel strategy with development plan
3.To build national distributor network both in showroom and project channel
4.To develop national and regional KA for long term cooperation
5.To better manage sales expenses and sales budget control.
Key Qualifications:
1. Minimum 10 years of work experience in the sanitary ware industry / building materials industry in a managerial role, and 5+ years Sales director management experience.
2. Bachelor degree in marketing management/ business management/ engineering/ MBA is preferred;
3. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility;
4. Proven track record in China national sales;
5. Strong ability and experience of national channel development;
6. Strong organizational skills and people development and motivating skills;
7. Excellent business ethics, strong leadership, good interpersonal skills, proactive and outstanding innovative;
8. Good written and oral English competency.
