Responsibilities:
1, To assist implement internal communication projects
2, Assist internal communication team to maintain intranet

3, Work in collaboration with project team members
4, Provide admin support for internal communication team
5, Involved in internal communication projects process, maintain newsletter producing

6, Involve in Collecting the articles, pictures, checking and editing job
7, Coordinate and liaise with HQ on all internal policies, messages and directions, and disseminate and implement them in Asia
8, Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications/Requirements:
1, Excellent English in both spoken & written
2, Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, people oriented
3, Excellent planning and organization skills with multi-tasks/projects background
4, Good learning capability
5, Self-motivated, sense of responsibility, customer-oriented and result-driven
6, Be familiar with Edius or Premier software
7, Be familiar with InDesign and PS is plus
8, Be familiar with photography

9, At least 3 days a week is must
