职位描述
Responsibilities:
The primary function is to ensure the success of the Guangzhou or Shenzhen office’s financial and admin initiatives, primarily receivables, payables, budget and HR management.
Finance / Accounting
- Manage, review and validate all daily, weekly and monthly AR and AP transactions
- Ensure all AR, invoices, billings of clients and weekly transactions in in-house accounting systems, and provide necessary documentation and reports.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash budget
- Process cash advances, liquidations and reimbursements of employees
- Tax drawback
- Recommend solutions for improving accounting processes
- Interact and oversee third-party accountant or audit
- Attend to quarterly, semi-annually and annually external audits and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with the IT, DMS, Marketing and Recruitment & Training teams
Administration / Office Management
- Oversee records and file management including filing of correspondence, legal documents and contracts of the Company
- Ensure compliance with all statutory/local government requirements including all business licenses and permits
- Responsible for all fixed assets maintenance, inventory, replacement and renewal (i.e. computer systems, furniture, building, maintenance, supplies, etc.) Conduct regular internal audit of assets, compliance and internal procedures
- Manage service agreements and vendor relationships
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree holder, major in Accounting or Finance
- Over 2 years hands-on experience on Finance / Accounting and Tax drawback
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work independent and under pressure, capable to cope with change
- Able to cooperate with other parties to achieve company goal
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Strong organization ability and coordination ability
- Reliable, integrity and mature
