网店客服：
1、通过在线聊天工具在线导购，解答顾客对产品的疑问，推销产品，促成订单成交。有一定的销售技巧，思维敏捷，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作，包括网络留言回复、订单管理，到货跟踪等；
2、熟悉电商网各种操作规则,处理客户要求,修改价格,管理店铺等；
3、解答顾客提问，引导顾客进行购买，促成交易；
4、为网上客户提供售后服务,并以良好的心态及时解决客户提出的问题和要求, 提供售后服务并能解决一般投诉；
5、配合公司店铺和独立网站的推广宣传,在各种群和论坛发贴宣传、推广店铺。
任职资格：
1、女性，有电商经验、对护肤品和洗涤用品有了解且感兴趣的优先；
2、精通电商交易规则与购物流程，精通网络聊天工具；
3、沟通能力强，有耐心，工作细心，有很好的服务意识和说服能力；
4、具有很强的责任心，团队合作精神，积极进取为人诚恳、工作作风严谨，能承受一定的工作压力； 




注：
