岗位要求：
1、日化行业5年以上市场销售工作经验，含3年以上管理经验；
2、熟悉化妆品销售渠道的运作和管理模式，了解行业发展的趋势；具有敏锐的市场洞察力；有较强的管理意识和较强的执行力；良好的谈判和沟通协调能力、市场拓展能力；
3、男女不限，年龄25-45岁。良好的市场掌控能力和团队合作精神；良好的心理素质和较强的抗压能力；能适应出差。
