Report to Material Manager



Responsible for Vendor Management and inventory control in line with production planning.


*. Define supply delivery schedule through MRP or consignment stock requirement plan.

*. Maintain Contacts with the suppliers to maintain the delivery against deviation.

*. Supply materials on keeping the right level of stocks, provide proper actions to insure continuity of supply with min level of stock.

*. Take proper alarming actions on shortages to Production Planner, Purchaser and SQA to reduce impacts.

*. Contact Point with Purchasing for Product Logistic Parameters (Batch, Packing Instruction...)

*. Work with FI for payment settlement and Customs for customs clearance.

*. Control stock level according to ABC analysis and defined stock days, take actions to reduce inventory.

* Other tasks assigned by superiors.
