职位描述

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
1. To promote outsourcing CRM services and to meet agreed revenue targets
2. To project manage the specification and provision of customized service to existing customers
3. To prepare and manage account development plans for individual customers
4. To prospect for new business opportunities and develop business for major existing customers within PRC
5. To prepare bids, presentations and proposals to new initiatives for existing customers, and to coordinate internal efforts in achieving professional representation of the Company to customers
6. To maintain customer contact records and sales process status
7. To provide feedback to Operations in order to develop and enhance suitable service packages
8. To identify and develop new services and products in CRM services
9. To ensure up to date competitors and competitive market information is maintained

Experience and Qualifications (Academic/Technical/Management):
1. A University Degree holder or equivalent with 10-15 years’ experience
2. A successful track record in a sales or customer development environment
3. Experience in handling large Chinese enterprise is a advantage
4. Experience in Telecom industry and/or e-commerce industry is a advantage
5. Hands-on experience in PC software applications and tools
6. Good command of English and Chinese

1. Self-motivated, resilience focus, with a “can-do” attitude
2. Excellent customer orientation and good interpersonal and communication skills

1. Good knowledge of outsourcing services an advantage
