Job Description岗位职责:
1. Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring an effective and efficient check-in.
为顾客提供热情周到的接待,有效率的登记入住。
2. Ensuring a memorable guest stay by giving caring and courteous guest services, providing information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in friendly and ever-hospitable manner.
为客人提供热情周到的服务,回答客人的问题,提供信息。
3. Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all guests leave happy with their stay.
快速有效的退房手续,确保顾客满意的离开。
4. Leading the Front Desk, Concierge, Drivers, Executive Lounge, Airport Counter, Business Centre and MAGIC, monitoring performance, providing guidance and make decisions.
管理前厅,礼宾,司机,行政楼层,机场柜台,商务中心和客服中心,并作出决策。
5. Ensuring consistency of standards throughout the operation by adhering to Hotel standards.
遵循酒店品牌标准。
Requirements岗位要求:
1. At least 10years hotel experiences, minimum 2 years experience at same position.
至少10年以上酒店工作经验,最少2年在相同岗位上。
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skill both at English / Cantonese / Chinese
良好的英文/粤语/普通话,读写沟通能力。
3. Strong computer literacy including knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
良好的电脑使用技能,含微软文档、电子表格及PowerPoint的应用。
4. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion while performing various responsibilities.
根据不同情况,有独立判断的能力。
5. Ability to prioritize workload; managing various projects and demands on a concurrent basis.
能够优先的工作量;管理各种项目和并发基础的要求。
6. Ability to work independently.
能独立工作。
7. Ability to work quickly and under pressure to meet deadlines.
保证工作完成效率及质量。
8. Strong organizational skills.
良好的组织能力。
9. Hotel Management Degree is required.
酒店管理专业文凭.前厅服务,形象气质佳,精通电脑操作,具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
