1.至少5年以上有关羽绒、皮衣、外套等纸样经验
2.能根据设计师提供的产品设计效果图进行纸样制作并且不断完善
3.能协助工厂监督样品和大货质量
4. 能给予工厂适当的技术支持
5. 工作刻苦耐劳，组织能力，积极主动
6.若懂英语者优先考虑
7.必要时需要出差
