Specific Responsibilities to include:
- The HR Manager is accountable for driving execution of the HR Plan for an assigned organization. Contributes business perspective and client requirements to the development of the annual HR plan. Commits to delivery of the HR plan within the assigned organization(s). May deliver lateral work across assigned client or business (e.g. Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee / Manager Development or Talent Planning and Management)
- Accountable for successful delivery of all HR programs and processes for the individual business or client. Key among these programs:
- Accountable for talent planning and management for the client / business, in fulfillment of the HR Plan. Collaborates with the HR Leadership team to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Enables successful execution of organizational restructuring, in partnership with business leaders.
- Facilitates D&I efforts for the business / client and ensures alignment to corporate D&I strategy. Works with business leaders to ensure understanding of the D&I objectives.
- Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organizational client, ensuring that client is prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar. Collaborates with appropriate COE organizations to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs.
- In partnership with HR leaders, is accountable for the organizational health of the assigned organizational client, and contributes to efforts to shape and evolve the business culture.

Key Competencies/Knowledge & Experience Requirement: (L60/61)
- A degree with at least 8 years professional experience, 5+ years in HR business partner capacity related experience in a fast paced environment is highly desired.
- Preferred an undergraduate university degree in business, human resources, management, or behavioral sciences
- Fluent Mandarin in both oral and written
- Proved effectiveness in the matrix organization, in the regional or/and global capacity.
