Product Technologist Kids - Job Description
Objective:
To work closely with the Kids UK QA teams including recommending manufacturing and construction improvements to products, co-ordinating the testing and approving samples through the critical path. Strong skill set in devising and implementing process and procedures, record keeping and traceability.
Specific Duties
?Specific Supplier Development and management focus
?Responsible for technical product development
?Working with the UK Sourcing & QA teams to develop a commercially viable product.
?Manage new and existing testing standards and procedures.
?Determine and provide technical support to suppliers in Southern China.
?Review and risk asses the suitability of products inline with UK safety and legal standards, company quality standards, host company quality standards, environmental & ethical policies.
?Contribute to the management of the Supply base to offer optimum performance.
?Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, both with external suppliers and internally with relation to good working practices.
?Product development and approval process through production.
?Implement any legislative, current and planned which affects the company products, packaging and labelling

OUR BENEFITS:
1. Working 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, overtime pay will be counted legally.
2. Social insurance will be paid by company right in the join-in month, and an extra business insurance will be bought by company after probation (generally 3 months).
3. Double paid at end of the year, bonus excluded.
4. 10 days annual leave in the first year of employment without any salary deduction, 12 days in the second year and 15 days in the third year.
5. 12 days sick leave with salary every year.
