Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the detail design of Windows Phone project functionality.
• Be responsible for programming of functionality based on the design;
• Maintain a day to day understanding of the current project status, ensure the bugs are fixed, issues are solved on time;
• Be responsible for fulfilling the commitment to quality in all aspects of work. This includes adherence to development standards and work practices

Qualifications:

• A total of 4-7 years’ experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance.
• 4+ years C# and .Net experience, excellent knowledge of C# and .net is must-to-have skill
• 1+ years’ working experience with Windows Form application development
• Silverlight/WPF/Windows Phone/Windows 8 experience is a plus
• Hands on experience working with application development on Windows Phone is a big plus
• Understand design patterns and modern programming technology
• Understand Microsoft-based technology such as windows form development, Asp.net application development, Web Service, SQL Server
• Mobile development experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. Windows CE, Windows Mobile, iPhone or Android) is a big plus.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Experience on team leading is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate with English
