职位描述
岗位职责 Responsibilities：
1 协助领班，根据日常生产计划安排，做好开机前的准备工作，选择相应的模具架模和卸模。
Assist the shift leader, prepare for producing in advance, responsible for set up and down the mould.
2 根据生产需求，提前准备干燥相应的原料，并且跟踪添加，做好加料记录。
Based on the requirement of production, dry the material in advance，and add the material when needed, write the record.
3 对于需要回收的原料，进行再粉碎，并按比例要求将回料与原料搅拌均匀。
Need to smash the recycle material , and blend it with raw material well-proportioned.
4 保养模具，调试工艺参数，保证生产出合格的产品。
Maintain the mould, adjust parameter, and produce good parts.
5 完成领班安排的其他工作，负责车间5S的监督。
Complete the task that the shift leader arranged, keep an eye on workshop 5S.
6 持续提升车间产品品质。
Continue improve the quality of all of parts produce in the plastic.
7 不断提升完善车间质量体系。
Continue improve and perfect the quality system.
任职资格 Qualification：
1 高中以上文凭。
High school or above
2 一年以上注塑工作经验
Over 1 year experience in plastic department.
3 身体强壮，反应灵活。
Strong in health, prompt in reaction.
4 具有吃苦耐劳精神和责任感。
Possess of hard working and responsibility sense
5 具有较好的沟通协调能力，服从领导安排。
Have good ability of communication and obey to the arrangement of leader.
