Purpose of the role:
- Transform, build and lead China tele-sales operations to support long term business growth across different segments, setting for multiple locations for setting up the team from 200-2000 staff in Telesales Centre.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop China Telesales Strategy
- Lead the transformation of China telesales engine to support both Go-Big plan as well as BAU growth requirement
- Drives the use of telesales within the subsidiary as a means of generating revenue, market share, and improving customer and partner satisfaction.
- Determines the best use of subsidiary Tele resources in order to meet revenue quota and CPE goals.
- Establishes clear guidance for account contact, frequency and call strategies.
- Drive effectiveness and efficiency in all inside sales and call center operations
- Vendor Management
- Implementing a pay-for-performance model with their vendors that is consistent with the segment priorities, rewards exceptional results and penalizes poor performance
- Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with segments served by the vendor
- Effective, predictable business
- Delivers strong growth for MS by exceeding defined targets for revenue growth and CPE
- Ensures that team meets or exceeds overall targets such as: overall opportunity generation, pipeline revenue, closed revenue, customer/partner account coverage, territory planning, account planning, partner business planning, and key activity completion.
- Well Developed Team and Team Members (internal and external)
- Executes all aspects of hiring, developing, coaching/mentoring, appraising, rewarding and holding representatives accountable for assigned job responsibilities and results.
- Ensures that all inside sales representatives receive all communication, training, and tools needed to perform their jobs at exceptional levels.

Requirements:

- Experience:- Minimum 10+ years’ experience leading an indirect sales team with proven results, preferably managing through other managers to achieve results
- Skill:- Strong knowledge of the business, customers, partners; demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to business customers; expertise in pipeline management and understanding of closing deals via partners; experience in negotiating with and managing vendors; ability to motivate, encourage and coach others to develop strong relationship-building and sales skills through managers; exceptional people-management skills; cross group collaboration abilities
