Key responsibilities:

- Lead the work process concerning test and verification needs across vehicle attributes and engineering units;

- Specify and order test objects (test vehicles);

- Create and follow up on regular bases the Program Verification Plan throughout the program;

- Create a Verification Plan that will secure the verification test deliverables to each gateway, milestone or event;

- Create and lead the activities concerning the test object plan per series throughout the complete program time;

- Is responsible for and leads the virtual follow up at phase end including securing the planning if further actions are needed after the phase end;

- Lead and secure that there is a compatible planning between system and complete vehicle verification;

- Lead and follow up the verification status on system and complete vehicle level;

- Is responsible for the security and secrecy rules for the test objects with in the technical program;

- Responsible for that Series Demands is updated when the program build series M1, VP, TT and PP are ordered;

- Has the responsibility to secure that the complete vehicle is verified at M1DC, PEC, FEC and J1;

- Support vehicle programs to achieve time, cost and quality targets;

- Support vehicle program gateway or milestone reviews and help resolve program issues.

Qualification:

- University degree of engineering;

- Desired if experience on project management, testing or verification work in automotive industry;

- Preferred if knowledge with vehicle product development process, e.g. GPDS;

- Good language skills in English, both spoken and written;

- Easy to communicate and create network as team player;

- Leading, driving and target focused personality;

- Structured and well organized manner;

- Initiative and taking responsibility.
