Job CAN Sales Manager
Location Guangzhou, China
Outline Job Purpose -
Job Outline
l Planning and developing strategies to maximize company revenue, yield and market share
l Promoting company product through relationship development by supporting key accounts and the wider travel trade community. Develop and deliver product knowledge by regular sales visit potential agents and product training whenever necessary.
l Working very closely with SM China to grow revenues from portfolios.
l Forging very close relationships with key decision makers of key agency partners, understand the strength and weaknesses of each account.
l Leverage personal influence within the account portfolios, particular at a branch and regional level.
l Anticipate how policy change will impact an account and develop appropriate strategies for communicating such changes
l Submit timely and relevant reports and schedules.
l Implementation of an aggressive call plan and schedules.
l Develop annual account development plans and sales activity plans
l Monitoring performance on a monthly basis with each account.
l Monitoring and analyzing competitor activity, making recommendations on what action, if any is recommended for the company to response.
l Achievement of market share objectives to each defined market destination.
l Plan and escort overseas familiarization for your account portfolios/sales territory

Qualifications
? Degree Holder
Essential skills/experience
? Minimum of 5 years’ working experience with an airline with sales territory, demonstrated understanding of sales and key business drivers.
? The stature, knowledge, personality and communication skills to rapidly gain credibility both internally and externally, and to influence key decision makers
? Intermediate knowledge of data reporting and statistical collecting
? Commitment to the value of teamwork and sharing of information and experience
? Good knowledge of the local ticketing agents and travel markets.
? Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications.
