Responsibilities:

· As first point of contact for guests need to be professionally presented with a warm personality

· Ensure guests are greeted and seated within guidelines

· Work with server to ensure they are aware when guests are seated

· Ensure the dining room, entryway, bathrooms and menus are kept clean throughout your shift

· Farewell the guests. Check to see that everything was up to standard. Report to manager if any complaints

· Ensure menus, environment is clean before you start your shift

· Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guests concerns are addressed

· Handle coatroom receipts

· Inform guests of specials and features

· Other task assign by line manager

· 顾客就坐后确保服务员跟进后续服务

· 确保本班次工作区域内卫生和菜单整洁

· 负责衣帽间管理，确保顾客暂存物品安全

· 向顾客介绍推荐菜品

· 与后厨员工保持联系，协调其他同事确保客人用餐状况，并及时解决顾客疑问

• Speak basic English
