Responsibilities – General:
· Be responsible for Web projects development of Company;
· Manage the IT department, includes people management and technical solution;
· Be responsible for systems and related products needs analysis and architecture design, the product's overall system architecture, and responsible for security of product design system; documents prepared for development and related design;
· Be responsible for the technical analysis based on the relevant request, and be responsible for formulating relevant technical solutions; complete the core code;
· Involved in design and implement of norms to guide the design, implementation and deployment;
· Coaching and technical guiding for the development team.


Qualification & Competency
· Bachelor or above, major in IT or software development;
· Have strong programming experience based on LAMP environment (5+ Years)
· 3 years or above working experience in E-Commerce Company, Strong experience in web development and project management in e-Commerce Company with successful cases;
· Master the software engineering theory, proficient in at least one software engineering methods, strong analytical ability;
· Familiar with LAMP / LNMP architecture, open-source framework code analysis capabilities, can use Zend Framework and jquery framework for the development;
· Proficient in MySQL database applications, a large e-commerce site system building experience, with relevant application development experience and database planning capabilities;
· Familiar with Linux development environment and SVN, Bugzilla, and similar project management software;

· To understand the latest technologies and development trends, rich network knowledge experience, know how to measure the pros and cons of various design methods, know how to balance the various development limited constraints;
· Strong logical analysis skills, learning ability and innovation ability;
· Good team spirit, good English communication skills.


岗位职责：

o 负责公司所有网站的开发工作；
o IT 团队的管理，包括人员任务的分配与监管，及时解决项目技术问题
o 负责系统及相关产品需求分析及架构设计，产品的整体系统架构，并对产品的系统安全性设计负
责；开发及相关设计文档编写；
o 负责相关请求的技术分析，负责制订相关的技术解决方案；完成核心代码；
o 参与制定设计及实现规范，指导设计、实现及部署工作；
o 负责对软件开发团队的技术指导。


任职要求：

o 计算机、软件相关专业本科及以上学历；
o 5 年以上工作经验，3 年以上大型电子商务项目开发经营，了解电子商务网站开发及项目管理经
营，有成功案例、大型系统软件架构设计经验优先；
o 掌握软件工程理论，精通至少一种软件工程方法，有较强的系统分析能力；
o 熟悉 LAMP/LNMP 体系架构，有开源架构代码的分析能力，可以使用 Zend framework 和 jquery
框架进行开发
o 精通 MySQL 数据库的应用，有大型电子商务网站系统构建经验，具有相关应用开发经验及数据库 规划能力；
o 熟悉 linux 开发环境和 SVN, bugzilla 等类似的项目管理软件
o 了解最新的技术及发展趋向，网络知识经验丰富，懂得怎样衡量各种设计方法的利弊，懂得平衡
各种开发局限的制约；
o 极强的文档撰写能力，良好的英文阅读能力；
