- Ability to assist with tooling design for both extrusion and molding有能力可以协助进行挤出模具和注塑模具设计- Demonstrated experience in working with fine tolerance tooling具有精密模具工作方面的经验- Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication and critical alignment needs (e.g. corrugators, molds, dies, pins)具有关于金属加工和关键尺寸校正方面的知识（如成型机，模具，模头和芯棒等）- Preferably to have experience in plastic industry to understand relationship of tooling to materials***具有塑料加工行业的工作经验，了解模具和原料之间的关系- Capable of performing fine adjustments to tooling for repair具有进行模具维修、精密调校的能力- Experience in equipment development would be an asset具有设备开发方面的经验- Hands on experience and not just design is critical具有动手能力而不仅仅只是设计

要求 Requirement：

1、材料,工业工程或相关专业优先；

Material, chemical or related field preferred;

2、有塑料产品开发工作经验；

Rich experience in plastic product development;

3、有一定的创新意识；

Have the sense of innovation;

4、熟悉塑料,树脂产品的性能,加工工艺；

Familiar with plastic product performance and processing technology;

5、熟练使用CAD等绘图软件；

Good skilled in use of CAD and other drawing software;

6、积极,务实,责任心强。
