职位描述
岗位职责：
- 为租户所提交的设计作初步审核,并作出相应的设计修改建议方案；
- 确保租户的商铺设计达到商场"商铺设计指南"所拟定的要求并各具特色；
- 监督商铺设计图纸提交及审批时间/流程以确保商铺设计进度不影响装修期；
- 协调商铺施工前期会议及交房等事项；
- 与各部门/单位协调租户装修期间的各事项；
- 监督装修进度与质量等，以确保商铺装修按审批设计图纸施工及如期竣工、开业；
- 负责竣工验收并确保商铺装修符合有关政府部门的要求等。
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，环境艺术、室内设计、橱窗设计或相关室内装修等相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑；
- 有创意并对商场商铺设计管理感兴趣，具备一定手绘能力；
- 处事成熟,有条理,沟通能力强并有责任心；
- 能操作CAD,PHOTOSHOP,MICROSOFT OFFICE等软件；
- 具基本英语沟通及写作能力。
