职位描述
Job Description:
1. Answer enquiries and offer help to passengers or travel agents through phone calls on air travels.
2. Make reservations and issue air tickets over the phone.
3. Handle walk-in passengers or travel agents on reservation/ticketing matters at the ticketing office.
4. Assume any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. University graduates with bachelor degree, relevant customer service experience preferred.
2. Good team player, patient, mature and attuned to quality customer service.
3. Proficient in oral, written English and PC application.
4. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
5. Communication skills and fast learning ability.
6. Initiative and hard working.
