Job Requirements:

1、 At least 5 years automotive purchasing and supply related experience;
2、 Familiar with purchasing flow and know how to assess the supplier, Good knowledge with Quality system standard like ISO/TS 16949…
3、 Great negotiation and communication skills, Good team work;
4、 Integrity With professional ethics;
5、 Fluent English in oral and writing;
6、 Knowledge of steel industrial is preferred.


Job Description:

1、 Follow global purchasing procedure and policy, responsible for execution, supervision and improve the purchasing process according to local society;
2、 Set up & Manage & Maintain & improve the supplier panel, satisfy the supply chain’s request from cost & delivery time & quality function;
3、 Develop the new suppliers and expand the purchase channel, keep the good relationship with the old suppliers;
4、 Manage the purchase department;
5、 Communicate with other departments for purchasing matters;
6、 Summarize and analyze the purchasing department’s work implement status;
7、 Shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company
