Job Description:

1. To organize a high quality technical assistance on filed to customers;
2. Supervise and coordinate the network of service engineer on the field supporting field engineers on back office activities;
3. Guarantee continuous and updated technical training to service engineers;
4. Guaranteeing professional maintenance and services to Technogym equipment handling of part order returns;
5. Guaranteeing timely, effective installation activities and service reports;
6. Guarantees respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance;

Job Requirement:

1. Ability to manage clients’ requests;
2. Team Management;
3. ERP system knowledge and usage.
