职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Perform sample check of transactions by listening to the voice records for Investment, Insurance Orders and Credit Card Transactions;
? Perform daily and periodic review on the statement output for Banking, Bankcard and Ready Cash/Ready Credit accounts
? Perform daily and periodic review of investment account documentation signed by the customers
? Record and report all exceptions to respective parties & departments and follow up response on rectification actions of the exception items.
? Prepare detailed and summary reports for all the sample items and exception items
? Provide administrative and operational support to relevant department, which includes HK Compliance, HK Card TM team, Branch, Loan, etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? College graduate or above;
? Good team player, hardworking and detail-oriented;
? Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English;
? Basic computer skills;
? Willing to overtime and shift duty including holidays.
? Customer service experience, bank and credit card knowledge is preferable.
