职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide service call to Bank & Card customers regarding statement, plastic card issue and customers information update confirmation;
? Maintain the service quality and productivity at defined business requirement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? College graduate or above;
? Good team player, hardworking and detail-oriented;
? Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English;
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
? Basic computer skills;
? Willing to overtime and shift duty including holidays.
? Customer service experience, bank and credit card knowledge is preferable.
