Responsibilities:
1. Complete process from booking to final B/L and order invoice (space, barge, equipment, docs, rate...).
2. Prepare weekly/monthly statistics reports.
3. Direct connection with clients; coordinate with doc center, local and overseas agents.
4. Achieve KPI target.
5. Skillful application of system.
6. Efficiency and accuracy towards customers' request.

Qualification:
1. College graduates or above.
2. Above three years shipping company working experience with CSR is preferable.
3. The ability of English reading & writing are required CET 4 or above.
4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
5. Have strong teamwork spirit.
6. Stable, careful, responsible, efficient.
7. Can stand working pressure, willing to work overtime, accept on duty at weekends and holidays.
8. With optimism personality is preferable.
