Position Summary: Performs secretarial and administrative support in a proficient timely and accurate manner. Administrative support including processing memos/documents, reports, filing, charting, meeting minutes. Department support includes documentation management, draw/update drawing, tracking program lauching tasks in engineering dept., purchasing assistance, translations and data input activities.

Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate is fine, candidate with experience is a plus

2. College degree

3. Be good at CAD software and be familiar with mechanical drawing.

Job Description:
General Administrative Duties
- Translates documents accurately from Chinese to English and English to Chinese.
- Composes reports, schedules and other required data using spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner,
- Draw/Modify Auto CAD drawing according to the requirement from manufacturing side and communicate with tool room for machining.

Engineering Specific Duties:
- Draw/Modify Auto CAD drawing according to the requirement from internal engineering side

- Make/update work instructions and apply for quality DCC's releasing

- Manage and document control drawings for tooling, fixture, qpuipment, etc.

- Manage/deal with contracts, sign-off sheets, invoice, payment application etc.

- Maintain the KPI graphs and work out/maintain visualization tracking dashboard

- Maintain and register equipment/tooling/fixture basic information in Plex

- Facilitate program lauching tasks in Engineering dept.:keep track on tooling sign-off, P.O, tooling try out summary, etc.

- Load equipment/tooling/fixture BOM in Plex and maintain according to each update

- Engineering dept. APQP task tracking

- MRO consumables analysis to improve.
