Reporting to the Director of SPB Client Proposition, this relationship & acquisition-based role is primarily responsible for identifying and creating business opportunities, promoting and implementing the strategies of growing the Signature Priority Banking Customers through various channels. You will be accountable for meeting the city's total growth target for Qualified Signature Priority Banking (SPB) clients assigned by Head Office and for meeting the city's total net Asset Under Administration (AUA) target assigned by Head Office.

For this, it is imperative to establish and maintain high quality and professional relationship with "Centres of Influence" (COI) - internal departments, channels and/or communities with resources that will lead to successful referral of quality prospect leads for meeting the financial target. You will lead, facilitate and organize at least one branch-based marketing event per week. Success will be measured based on clear objective, plan, target and timely implementation of schedule and attendance, conversion and reporting on the success of these events.

Qualifications:

- Strong business connection with agencies for overseas study/miggration will be preferred
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, marketing and business development field
- Demonstrated strong customer service focus and ethic as well as ability to remain results focused in a fast changing environment
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present effectively to individuals as well as large audience
- Excellent knowledge and ability to implement strategic vision, processes and procedures and comply with objectives as required
- Excellent relationship management, networking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, listen and speak English and Mandarin
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, ex. business, commerce, accounting, marketing or appropriate business related experience
