职位描述
Responsibilities:
- To lead and develop maintenance team(people's management,coaching, daily/weekly/monthly reporting)
- To lead team to ensure production by constantly monitoring and improving automatic equipment status
- To analyze the failure root cause and decrease the breakdown time to meet the traget
- To design maintenance document system, make sure it updated in time
- To lead TPM system for all the plant department and production line
- To lead production line setup, debugging, adjustment,ensure the machine qualification
Requirements:
- College degree or above major in Mechanical/Electronics/Automation
- 5 years equipment operation/maintenance, 3 years team/project experience is a plus
- Basic cost control and supplier management, EHS knowledge and qualification related certification
- Basic oral English, fluent reading/writing English, computer skills.
