ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Perform daily documentation compliance check on FT, loan and deposit, etc. process
-To ensure strict adherence to established compliance processing steps related to respective dept.
-To assist to co-ordinate and react to local regulations related to respective dept.
-To ensure strict compliance of operation standards, control procedures and established guidelines
-To prepare reports and statistics as required by management and Government authorities
-To monitor and manage the processing and settlement according to corporate standards
-To provide professional advice to customers on complex and peculiar transactions
-To support quality program by active involvement in planning and implementation
-To initiate and participate in design of new products when there is a business need
-To evaluate and review performance of staff
-To provide training and guidance to staffs so that they are capable to perform the required functions

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

-With 2-3 years FCY Cash (especially in TT payment) experience is preferred
-Good personality, high responsibility, willing to work under pressure
-Good communication skill
-Good knowledge of SAFE regulation
-Bank product knowledge on cash transaction handling
-Familiar with Bank accounting process
