Job Title: Senior PHP Developer/Programmer (PHP 高级程序员) (Zend Framework)
Based at: Guangzhou China
Responsible to: IT Manager


Responsibilities – General:
? Manage, maintain & build the new or existing e-retailing platform including website, mobile site, systems and etc.
? Design and code new features/system according to the requirements raised
? Responsible for the software testing and quality assurance
? Support and maintain the relevant technology documentation
? Coaching and guiding other programmers in the team
? Other tasks assigned by IT manager
Qualification & Competency
? Have strong programming experience based on LAMP environment (3+ Years)
? HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML (3+ Years)
? Zend Framework experience is a must (Important!)
? Experience on E-commerce system developing industry (3+ Years)
? Experience with standard software development tools like Subversion
? Strong Object-Oriented design/development skills
? Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
? Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines

? Working in a small/medium sized team, ideally as a team leader
? Have a positive attitude with a genuine desire to move forward in career

岗 位职 责：
o 开发及维护公司现有的电子商务网站、手机网站及其他系统。
o 参与创建新的功能模块或新项目。
o 对开发的代码质量和功能负责，修复程序中存在的漏洞，不断优化程序算法。
o 参与制定和编写技术文档。
o 负责培训和带领较低等级的程序员。
o 完成 IT 经理安排的其他任务。

任 职要 求：
o 三年以上 LAMP 环境下的程序开发经验。
o 三年以上 HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, XML 开发经验。
o 必须具备 Zend Framework 开发经验，面试时请出示相关作品。（十分重要）
o 三年以上电子商务行业的从业经验。
o 熟练使用 SVN 等版本控制软件。
o 优秀的面向对象编程能力。
o 良好的英文书写及沟通能力。
o 高度的责任心，确保任务能在已确定的工期前完成。
o 能够在一个小型的开发团队中工作，并扮演技术领导者的角色。
o 积极的工作态度，有良好的职业生涯规划。
