Responsibility
1.Organize the team to Review the demands, inventory and purchase order daily, help the team to solve planning and procurement issue to secure on time delivery rate.
2.Make sure the creation of the part number, supplier account is comply with rules, create proper format to collection necessary information.
3.Consolidate and escalate unsolved issues in time, work with the superior to use all resources to tackle the issues.
4.Regularly review the internal work flow, make sure the latest operation manual is fit to the real situation.
5.Base on the business needs, raise the proposal on manpower allocation to balance the workload within the team. Complete the subordinate’s assessment by “SMART” way.
6.Control logistic venders to follow pre-set “SOP”, audit monthly billing to reflect real transactions.
7.Base on the business needs, create right report system and complete them in time to support business development.
8.As an internal auditor, establish procedures, operation manuals and control the documents with ISO9001 rule.
9.Customer complaint statistic, analysis and implementation monitor.
10.Raise the scrap proposal on the Slow & Obsolete Inventory, control the inventory level to meet business needs.

Requirement
1.Above 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management (manage material planning and production planning )/Project Management
2.Strong communication skill , office software skill and problem solving skill..
3.Experienced in MRP system with knowledge and hands-on skill ( Paradigm or other system);
4.Team management experience, a team player as well.
5.Sourcing knowledge will be an advantage
