ACCOUNTABILITIES
To ensure strict adherence to established compliance processing steps related to respective dept.
To assist to co-ordinate and react to local regulations related to respective dept.
To ensure strict compliance of operation standards, control procedures and established guidelines
To review office automation reports related to respective dept. and initiate investigation/follow up/rectification action where appropriate
To prepare reports and statistics as required by management and Government authorities
To monitor and manage the processing and settlement according to corporate standards
To provide professional advice to customers on complex and peculiar transactions
To support quality program by active involvement in planning and implementation
To initiate and participate in design of new products when there is a business need
To evaluate and review performance of staff
To provide training and guidance to staffs so that they are capable to perform the required functions

KEY REQUIREMENTS
University graduate or above with 1-2 years working experience on trade
Good communication skill
Product knowledge on trade transaction
Fluent spoken & written English
Good team work spirit
