Responsibilities:

· Handle data collection and analysis, resource forecast and scheduling according to the requirements provided by the business

· Update and maintain intra-net web page regularly

· Participate in the launch of CitiPhone and ad hoc projects as per the established guidelines and project timeline

· Assist in operations to achieve the service standard by providing accurate volume forecast, MIS reports and well-planned scheduling

· Comply with established control and compliance policies to ensure full adherence to all laws and regulations and Citigroup policies

· Maintain the quality at defined business requirement

Requirements:

· College degree or above and can work more than 3 days from Monday to Friday, half a year internship agreement ,finance industry, previous experience in project and planning sector is better;

· Good command of computer skill, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Access etc.

· Good comprehension and written skills in English and Chinese

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good team-player, hardworking and self-motivated
