职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
· Strategize, implement and lead changes to ensure the Citiphone is managed at a competitive level. This includes active engagement with Centre Head, Country O&T and Regional CitiPhone in strategic planning and implementation of programs, policies and procedures;

· Manage, motivate, and develop Citiphone teams; ensure cost effective and best-in-class customer services are provided, and targets are met;

· Proactively manage resource requirements and ensures the right organization structure is in place. This includes but not limited to managing resource supply and demand, include hiring, staffing and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce, training and development needs of the team.

· Develop bench strength and ensure that there is key succession plans are in place

· Ensure key operating metrics are put in place to manage the effectiveness, efficiencies, operation and regulatory/compliance risks

· Responsible for budget planning and policy formulation, drives CitiPhone FTE & expenses plan to ensure actual numbers are within the agreed goals;

· Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and seniors in both country and regional teams.

· Liaise and coordinate with the key stakeholders, business, Center head, Country O&T teams and regional teams for smooth implementation of new or changes in programs, products or services, policies and procedures.

· Handle complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact;

· Re-engineer and implement a robust control environment for effective BAU management;

· Lead & prepare for audit & regulatory reviews on CitiPhone, advises on risks, appropriateness of controls, improvement needs & best practices, oversight of corrective action for control/regulatory concerns.

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English & Mandarin (Cantonese will be an asset);

· Bachelors / Masters degree;

· Minimum 10 years experience in banking operations;

· Minimum 5 years in running a call center.


Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
