Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the installation,repair service, preventative maintenance,on-site training in equipment operation and maintenance 负责仪器安装，维修，保养及现场培训
Respond to service calls to isolate or fix problem in malfunctioning instruments
电话回复解决客户使用问题　
participate application and user training course 参加产品应用课程　
maintain proper business relationships with customers through good service contacts
通过优质的服务与用户保持良好关系
work together with sales team in pre-sales support
与销售团队合作做售前技术支持
sorting installation&service manual in both English and Chinese 整理中英文安装及服务手册
base in Guangzhou and travel frequently 工作地广州，出差频率频繁　

Job Requirements:
min. 2-3 years service experience 至少2-3年维修工作经验　
bachler degree (,electronic, LED，chemistry, material science) or above
本科或以上学历，电气，LED，化学或材料科学专业背景
Be good at written and oral English 良好的英语说写能力
